Delete my account

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google Play requirements, you may request the deletion of your Quranity account and all associated data at any time.

Recommended method — from the app

1. Open the Quranity app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the Legal / Account section.
4. Tap “Delete my account”.
5. Confirm by typing the requested word (EN: DELETE, FR: SUPPRIMER, AR: احذف, etc.)

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You will be signed out automatically.

If you no longer have access to the app

If you can no longer access the app (lost phone, uninstall, etc.), please send us a request by e-mail:

Requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days (typically within 7). You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• your profile (display name, photo, country, badge);
• all your published audio recitations (files and metadata);
• all your comments and reports;
• all your contest participations (entries and votes);
• your listening history and favorites;
• your follow relationships (following and followers);
• your Noory balance and unlocked rewards;
• authentication sessions and notifications.

Data retained

For legal and accounting reasons, we retain for the legally required period (5 to 10 years depending on jurisdiction):

• payment records from Stripe (Premium and donation invoices), anonymized from the user name;
• anonymized technical logs for security purposes.
