1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Quranity mobile application, published by SAILGIO. The App allows users to record, share and listen to Quranic recitations, participate in community contests and interact with other reciters.
2. Publisher & Hosting
Publisher: SAILGIO (sole trader — France)

Hosting: self-hosted private server (France). No user data is transmitted to third-party hosting services.
3. Access & Registration
Access to the App requires authentication via Google Sign-In. By signing in, the user unconditionally agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The user must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in their country) to use the App.
4. User Content
The user is solely responsible for the audio recordings and comments they publish. By publishing content, the user warrants that:
- They are the author of the recording or hold the necessary rights;
- The content respects the Holy Quran and the dignity of others;
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The publisher reserves the right to moderate, hide or delete any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
5. User Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Insulting, hateful, discriminatory or defamatory speech;
- Any attempt to circumvent security mechanisms;
- Impersonation;
- Spam, unsolicited advertising or commercial content.
6. Supporter Account (Premium)
The App offers a one-time purchase (€4.99) to become a 'Quranity Supporter'. This gives access to cosmetic and community features (badge, bonus vote in contests, unlimited comments).
Payment is processed by Stripe. No bank data is stored on our servers.
7. Usage Limit (Free Account)
Free accounts may post one comment per recitation. Supporter accounts may post without limit.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code and editorial content are protected by copyright. Published recitations remain the property of their authors; by publishing, the user grants Quranity a non-exclusive licence to distribute within the App.
9. Liability
The App is provided "as is". The publisher shall not be held liable for:
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure;
- Possible loss of recordings in the event of a technical failure;
- Content published by other users.
10. Account Deletion
The user may delete their account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion results in the erasure of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes via in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
